The alicia adams alpaca Wellington Throw was dreamt up during a family trip to Scotland with her family. Inspired by the landscape and the deep traditions, Alicia created her modern interpretation of a tartan.
The Wellington Throw, named after the famous statue of the Duke of Wellington in Glasgow comes in 9 different color combinations. This throw can also be used as cozy and elegant wrap.
The Wellington Throw is the ultimate choice when it comes to sustainable living. It's crafted of a unique blend of recycled alpaca, wool, and synthetic fibers, make it a sturdier, thicker blanket. That said, it's considerably heavier than our traditional alpaca throws and has a more rustic vibe and texture to the touch. Care
Care instructions are professional dry clean only, preferably someone who has worked with wool products. Fold and store in a dry area, preferably a spot that is not often open/ no access to humidity. Fold instead of hang especially for heavier knit items to avoid them growing or losing shape. We suggest against the use of any type of chemicals/odors to help avoid moths.
