WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free Ground Shipping shipping on orders over $150 in US.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Thank you for shopping with alicia adams alpaca. Order confirmations are sent out via e-mail. You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your package has shipped from our warehouse. The shipping confirmation may include a tracking number if the carrier provides this service. Please check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails. We reserve the right to change shipping fees or methods at any time. Certain promotions may exclude certain shipping options. Any reduced-price shipping promotions are a perk, not an obligation on our behalf. We are not obligated to offer any shipping method or pricing. We reserve all rights to structure promotions and sales as we see fit. Certain promotions may exclude shipping options. Some of our products (bedspreads, pillows etc.) may require shipment in oversized cartons and are subject to higher freight charges. Clients are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. alicia adams alpaca is not responsible for delays re: ship dates due to inclement weather. Orders over $750 are shipped signature required.

Free Ground Shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders shipped M-F, with exception of US Federal Holidays.

Orders must be received by 2PM ET for shipping cut off.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements at checkout. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
