You can return or exchange gifts free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. Gifts purchased at www.aliciaadamsalpaca.com may be exchanged for a new item or a Gift Certificate, or returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original form of payment. We are unable to accept returns for products purchased through third party retailers.

We recommend professional dry clean only. Store your items in a dry area, folded, and keep away from direct sunlight. See our Alpaca Product Care instructions for more information.
